1. USE OF WEB SITE
Use of the web site www.encasa2007.com ('the Site') is subject to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions after reading them please stop using the Site immediately.

These terms are a legal agreement between us and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them on the Site.

The Site offers facilities to registered Agents and Owners enabling them to upload property details and associated photos limited to the specific product selected at registration. We reserve the right to remove, modify and edit any materials submitted. In no event shall we be liable to you for any direct or indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or goodwill arising from your use of the site, or information on the site. We also reserve the right to terminate any account without notice.

Cancellation of subscriptions can be made at any time, however, part months are charged in full. You are liable for any information and material that are published through your user login. You are also responsible for maintaining accuracy and currency of materials and information published through your login.

Encasa2007.com presents photos and details of properties supplied and uploaded individually by the owners and / or their agents. We rarely visit individual properties and therefore can not guarantee or confirm the accuracy of information displayed. We do encourage and rely on the owners and agents to update or correct information on the web site. All enquiries and subsequent bookings are made directly between you and the owner / agent. If you believe any information on the Site to be inaccurate, please let us know and we will investigate and correct where appropriate as soon as practicable. However, it is your responsibility to make relevant enquiries with the owners or their agents before renting (or buying) any of the properties.

Although we hope this Site will be of use and interest to you, we accept no liability and offer no warranties in relation to it and its content to the fullest extent that such liability can be excluded by law.

 Full Description: Typical Manor House of Cadiz, built in 1895 and is perfectly restored and modernised. The last reformations were done in 2006. It is situated within a 50.050 m2 piece of land in Manzanete, a countryside area of Vejer and Barbate. This is a very tranquil area with amazing views of the pretty town of Vejer, next to Montenmedio Golf & Country Club. Within a few kilometres you have some of the best beaches in Cadiz: Barbate, Zahara de los Atunes, Bolonia, El Palmar, etc.

The property is approximately 650 square meters, consisting of 9 double bedrooms, one with a chimney, 6 of them with double beds and 3 with 2 single beds. There are also two sofas beds -80 x 180 cm. There is a grand hall of 100 m2 which is superbly heated, with a TV and a French billiards table; A dining room with an inglenook fireplace and seating for 24 people. A main kitchen containing a 4 ring gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerators and freezer, a blender, an electric juicer, electric and conventional coffee machines, a large toaster, and of course the kitchenware -plates, knives, forks, glasses, etc.

We have 7 bathrooms and 2 toilets in the grand hall. 5 of the rooms have their own in suite bathrooms, and in another area, the one we call the family area, there are 4 bedrooms, in groups of 2. Here, for every 2 rooms, there is a shared bathroom. It is in this area of the Manor House that we have the two dressing rooms, where the sofa beds are.

Another 2 of the 9 bedrooms are like self contained apartments, with a double bedroom in each of them, one with a lounge and chimney, and the other contains a grand kitchen and dining room. These apartments each have their own bathroom. These apartments are joined to the rest of the Stately home because this is where, in the olden days, the farm hands used to stay. In front of this area there is a stone table under a pleasant porch, to eat outdoors. The Manor House has a central patio with a large palm tree, 2 orange trees and a multitude of flowers, with garden tables jotted about within the patio for dining. Currently rents for seasons.

There is central heating, hot water, a large car park, laundry room and a swimming pool with views to Vejer de la Frontera. There is also a small bullring (in case anyone dares!). Around the property there are many orange trees, holly trees, and other trees and plants particular to this area. Vejer is 8 km´s away. The road adjoining our property to the town is perfectly tarmaced, and the junction to the main road that goes from Cadiz to Algeciras is only 1,1 km away from us.
