We have 7 bathrooms and 2 toilets in the grand hall. 5 of the rooms have their own in suite bathrooms, and in another area, the one we call the family area, there are 4 bedrooms, in groups of 2. Here, for every 2 rooms, there is a shared bathroom. It is in this area of the Manor House that we have the two dressing rooms, where the sofa beds are.

Another 2 of the 9 bedrooms are like self contained apartments, with a double bedroom in each of them, one with a lounge and chimney, and the other contains a grand kitchen and dining room. These apartments each have their own bathroom. These apartments are joined to the rest of the Stately home because this is where, in the olden days, the farm hands used to stay. In front of this area there is a stone table under a pleasant porch, to eat outdoors. The Manor House has a central patio with a large palm tree,
2 orange trees and a multitude of flowers, with garden tables jotted about within the patio for dining. Currently rents for seasons.

There is central heating, hot water, a large car park, laundry room and a swimming pool with views to Vejer de la Frontera. There is also a small bullring (in case anyone dares!). Around the property there are many orange trees, holly trees, and other trees and plants particular to this area. Vejer is 8 km´s away. The road adjoining our property to the town is perfectly tarmaced, and the junction to the main road that goes from Cadiz to Algeciras is only 1,1 km away from us.
