We are in front of a villa located in Taradell, a calmfull village at 80kms from Barcelona, 60 kms from the Mediterranean Sea and 70 kms from the nearest ski station. There's five important places in the property: A big House, a rural refuge, a BBQ, a swimming pool and a great garden and forest. The house is built on a 450 square meters plant. In the ground floor there's a hall, a bathroom, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, the kitchen and a terrace faced to the garden. In the first floor we find three single bedrooms, a double guest bedroom, a bathroom and a big double bedroom with its own bathroom. In the second floor there is a studio with great landscapes. There are three single beds in a wardrobe and a double bed convertible in a sofa. Downstairs there is a room, now used as a gym, and a garage for two cars and more things such as motorbikes, bicycles and so on. The barbeque is close to the swimming pool. It's built in stone and there is a table for 10 persons. The swimming pool is 5 meters width for 10 meters length. The refuge is built on a 152 square meters plant and it's built in stone and wood. It's decorated as a rural refuge and in an Irish pub style. There's two floors: In the ground floor there is a living room with sofas, billiard and darts. The dining room has a wooden table for 14 persons, perfect for parties with your guests. The kitchen is provided with a grill, a stone furnace and a wine cellar. There's a bathroom as well. In the first floor there's a bathroom with hydro-massage shower, a double bed that is a sofa and a terrace with exciting landscapes. There's a big garden around the house, swimming pool, BBQ and the refuge. Behind the refuge there's forest. Obviously pets are allowed and even there’s a jail for pets (20 square meters approx.) in the forest. We offer as well a boat in Estartit (Costa Brava). It's a RINKER FIESTA VEE 250, 8 meters length and 260CV. It has kitchen, bathroom and two double beds. I hope you can enjoy this great villa and the boat!!!!
