Once you’ve registered on the site, as a member and logged in using your user name and password, you will have access to the private members areas of the site.

On the opening page is the Encasa User Menu and the link to My Encasa Panel, click on this link to create firstly your members profile and once you’ve done that, your property listings. Please read the terms and conditions of the site  before you create your profile or list any properties.

Your profile will be display with all of the property listing which you create so please make sure that all of the information is accurate:

Owners or Agents Name:                       *Required

Your Status:

Owner, Agent, or Broker:                        *Required

Personal introduction:

If you wish you can add introduction to your company or yourself of up to 255 characters, please don’t add any details of any of your property listings here.

Company Name:

If you are an Agent or Broker, please give the full name of your company, for example Deluxe Property’s S.L.

Address:

If you’re creating a private listing you are only required to give your Locality, and can choose not to display your address by ticking the box at the bottom of the address section.

If you are an agent or broker you may choose to display the full details of your address in this section, including a map giving directions to your offices with your profile.

Email:

Please use an email address which you check on a regular basis though it does not need to be the same address which you used to register on the site with.

Phone Number, Fax Number and Mobile Number:

Please include the area code and country code, which for Spain for example would be

+ 34 000 000000, and use this section for local numbers.

International Mobile:

Please include a number in this section if you are travelling and cannot be reached on your local numbers.

Blog & Web Site URL:

Please only add sites which are related to your property listings or your listings will not be published.

MSN Username, Skype Username, Yahoo Username or ICQ Username:

Please remember that if you wish to use these messaging services that you will need to configure your account so that other users of these services can contact you.

Profile Image:

You may add a profile image if you wish. Click on the Browse button and choose your image, the format should be jpg. or png.  the maximum size is 150 pixels (W) x 200 pixels (H).

Microsoft Office Picture Manager and may other photo shop programs have editing sections which will allow you to resize your images and save them in the right file format.

Agency Logo:

You can also add an agency logo, again the file formats are jpg. or png. And the maximum size of the image is 160 pixels (W) x 30 pixels (H). Click on the Browse button and choose your image, the format should be jpg. or png.  the maximum size is 150 pixels (W) x 200 pixels (H).

If you choose not to add either a profile image or agency logo your profile will simple show the default image which you see at the bottom of the form.

Once you have clicked Save/Update Profile you have created your site profile and can now create your property listings, you can edit your profile at any time simply by logging on to the site and changing the details in My profile.

If the creation of your profile is rejected the check that your images are of the correct size and file formats, and that you have added all of the required information to your profile.
