Promote your property on the internet; Approximately 50% of people looking to buy or rent property now use the internet, as the starting point for their first property search. Listing your property on a web site can expand your market and increase your chance's of reaching just the right person to buy or let your property.Obviously you need to choose the right site; we promote our site though Google and Yahoo, the most frequently used search engines on the planet, with our campaign targeting the European markets of the UK, Germany, Holland, Sweden and Denmark the largest markets in Europe, regularly using the internet as their first choice when looking for properties in Spain. Our site all ways has the option to list up to two properties for 90 days for free. If you would like to list your property with us, adding your property to the site is a simple process of three steps. Register as a user of the site, creating a user name and password.Log in onto the site using your details, select the My Encasa Panel on your members page create your sellers Profile with your contact details, displayed with each of your property listings.List your property details adding up to 12 images, the maximum image size is 700x700 pixels and pictue files should be jpg's or png's as these produce the best images when an image is click on, Microsoft Office Picture Manger, and many other photographic software programs will let you resize your images. Or you can visit http://www.resize.it/ where you can resize any image on line and save it in gif, jpg's or png's formats using the advance tools section of the site.
Once you have listed your property you will want to see what sorts of results you getting, each property listing on the site records each viewing or hit, and you can monitor the results at your Encasa Panel on your member’s home page.All of the enquiries’ go directly to your e-mail address or to the contact details you chose when you create your profile and list your first property.
